Thomas Sakis is the owner and builder behind a legacy of over 30 years in custom residential home design and construction. Originally from Greece, Thomas moved to the United States in 1967. He established Andreas & Company in Columbus, Ohio. Within the last 5 years, Thomas, his wife, and black labrador retriever relocated to Charleston, South Carolina, where he now builds. His background in finance, real estate, and accounting allows him to understand and operate all facets of the custom homebuilding process. He leads Andreas & Company with honesty, quality, and care to every project. Thomas’s efficiency, market insight, and dedication to quality have earned him a trusted reputation and a successful, decades-long career.

Thomas’s passion for building and design is shared by his family. His wife, Mary Beth, is a registered nurse, professor, and licensed real estate agent. Her background offers a thoughtful insight into the needs of homeowners and families. His oldest daughter, Nichole, works as a merchandiser, contributing valuable business insight. His daughter, Angela, is an architectural designer working towards licensure and holds a Master of Architecture from The Ohio State University. His son, Andreas, is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Ohio State University. Together, the Sakis family is united by a commitment to quality, integrity, and personalized service.
